Are Nagato(Pain) and Karin related to Naruto???

I browsed through the wiki to see what I missed since I need to catch up on Naruto and I saw that Pain and Karin are from the Uzumaki Clan. Does that mean that they are blood relatives to Naruto???

I agree with u there in the same clan but Kushina and Karin have the same temper and hair but it could be a coincidence.
