I 100% Recommend Clannad. Be prepared to cry. One minuut u are laughing and happy, seconde u will be crying along with the characters. Clannad will change your life ;) Watch it.

Fairy Tail it's full of action and comedy

If u like serious shows with a lot of blood/death, I would recommend Kuroshitsuji(I love this show! it's Black Butler in English), Code Geass of Death Note(personally I don't like the shows about nice people who gain an amazing power and it makes them go crazy), shows that can make u laugh one seconde and cry the next, I would recommend 07 Ghost, Naruto/Naruto Shippuden, D.Gray Man, and Bleach. Other than those my favs would be Fairy Tail and Nurarihyon no Mago.
