Does someone know the name of this anime

Couldn;t find it, but the art style reminds me of Card Captor Sakura.

thought maybe i had it, the pic looked familiar. reminded me of a manga i read a while back (i didnt like much) Moon and Blood, but its not the same one :( sorry..i havent a clue
