Suzuka is a romantic comedy shonen anime/manga. Its about a guy whose romantic interest is on the track team. It's one of the few romance shows for guys that doesn't devolve into a harem. Some other ones I can think of that actually involve a steady relationship are Ah! My Goddess, Ai Yori Aoshi, and Psychic Academy.

try sukitte ii na yo and tonari no kaibustu-kun!! they're both really good and have cute art styles; the animatie for both is pretty good.

Acchi Kocchi is a really good one that just came out this jaar :3

u need to watch Sukitte Ii Na Yo. Right now. It's amazing and so is the animation.
