Does anyone have the final credits? The last episode's credits to be exact, where it shows them disappearing in the order they disappeared? Gladly appreciate anyone who sends me a link. :)

No, this isn't the one I'm talking about. In the final episode's credits, Kanade was in it and the last two was Otanashi and Kanade.
