Post an anime with some kind of pattern in their episode titles.(I have an example if u are confused.)

How about a different sort of a pattern like in the anime ''K'', all the episodes names start with the letter ''k''?

In Rosario vampire , the episode titles always begin with a random titel relating to the episode and ends with " __ And a vampire" .

Due to the fact that the story of this anime sort of revolves around Moka and her other personality plus they are both vampires .

Slayers episodes are always in the format "<WORD><!/?> <bla bla bla bla bla>". For example:
Ep. 1 - "ANGRY? Lina's Furious Dragon Slave!"
Ep. 2 - "BAD! Mummy Men Aren't My Type!"
Ep. 3 - "CRASH! Red and White and Suspicious All Over!"
Ep. 4 - "DASH! Run for it! My Magic Doesn't Work?"

In later season, WORD expanded to a short phrase.

Oreshura's episode titles always have the world ''battleground''. Here are the first 5 titles of the 13 episodes.

"The Start of My High School Life is a Battleground"
"Starting a New Club is a Battleground"
"A Battleground Over the Tears of a Childhood Friend"
"Fighting over a Guy is a Battleground"
"The Truth of the Love Letter is a Battleground"

Like in Highschool of the Dead every episode titel has "Dead" in it

All the episodes are titled like 'something X something else'
I think it was like that in the original too... but i can't remember for sure.

All the episodes of Umineko No Naku Koro Ni are named after a chess verplaats that somewhat reflects what will happen in the episode itself [The toon itself is set up like a chess game].

In Loveless, every episode is like .....less. E.g.Painless    
    Sleepless
    Friendless    
    Bondless    
    Memoryless    
    Breathless
