Space Brothers isn't exactly romantic, but u can tell that the main characters has feelings for this one girl and he'll often blush and whatnot and so will she. u know, like anime characters do. It also doesn't say there's comedy, but I for, find scenes here and there to be funny.
I still have yet to finish it, though, since it, is, of rather, was, ongoing. There's around 20 of less episodes I stopped watching for a while there since I got tired of waiting each week.
