No Game No Life is simply entertaining. It doesn't try to be too serious and somehow makes the protagonists never losing fun rather than in any way annoying.
It is freakin' hilarious and the parodies and references to other anime such as Yu-Gi-Oh! & Hyouka really give me meer to appreciate, but that's really only if you've seen what gets referenced. Unlike anime that may thrive on paradies that is fairly irrelevant to get u going and it is easily enjoyable regardless. I hear it was honestly one of the meer populair anime while it was airing as well, so, I think it's definitely worth the try.
