I don't like calling any character that.... but Sae from perzik Girl fits the description. Anyone who knows her character can say that without feeling bad :P

Even her face clearly says it all I must say now. Snobbish and stuck-up as well as spoiled? A bully even? And from what I can see she has guys who become basically "white knights" for her
Burgundy from Pokémon. She's such a whiny and stuck-up brat. She's always complaining about Cilan being a better Connoisseur than she is as a Connaisseuse. u see, Cilan's an A-clas Connoissuer and Burgundy's only a C-class Connaisseuse, and in her debut episode "A Connoissuer's Revenge" Burgundy told a story of how she came to the Striaton City Gym for a battle against Cilan, and Cilan kept saying rude and hurtful things about Burgundy's Oshawott. Cilan says he never zei anything so harsh to Burgundy, but she didn't ccare because she was so hurt that she vowed to get revenge on Cilan. Every single time Ash, Iris, and Cilan would bump into Burgundy and Cilan would always ask her if her rank ever went up, but she would still only be a C-class Connaissuese and whenever Cilan would give a Pokémon evaluation of compliment Burgundy on her battling, she'd yell at him to drop the phony nice act and once again declare that she'd get revenge on Cilan someday. Honestly, I can't stand Burgundy one little bit. As Iris would often times say 'What a little kid."
