u know you’re a Buffy fan when…

u can sing all the songs from “Once meer with Feeling” from memory…and if u can’t u stare at the words until they are engrained in your brain.

u can quote Buffy verse that is appropriate for every moment…and your vrienden look at u like you’ve grown a third eye.

u spend your grocery money on the complete Buffy series boxed set

u stay up till 2 in the morning watching reruns on fanpop

u spend hours searching for the imitation Claddagh ring Kohl’s has in their jewelry department

u decide to take up ice skating after watching “What’s My Line”

u go nuts when James Marsters guest stars on Smallville and add commentary such as “Spike would have knocked him flat”…”Spike would have zei _______” “Spike would have…”

When u say not only “Bored now” but “Tired now” “Hungry now” and then your vrienden and family start saying it.

u think about designing stiletto heels whose heels are made out of wood.

Your dream special someone must not only be nice, smart, funny, caring, but also a Buffy addict

The only insult u can think of during a verbal battle with your sister is “you have a fruit stempel, punch mouth”

u re-watch such episodes as “End of Days” “What’s My Line” “Ted” “Bad Eggs” “Angel” and “Surprise” fast-forward-ing to Bangel smoochies :) (apologies to spuffy of Briley fans)

When “Or Earth logic doesn’t resemble your logic” becomes your new phrase to say when u think someone is off their rocker

When u have an awful dag and the only thing that will make it better is watching your fave BtVS episode

When someone says they don’t “get” Buffy u start on a 2hr speech that u know will convert them

when someone says “By the way I like your dress” it takes on a whole new meaning.

of when u say it and u try to imitate Mark Metcalf

When playing “what would u save if your house was on brand and everyone was safe” Buffy seasons are at the top, boven of your list

The muziek u have on your ipod includes “Goodbye to You”, “Wild Horses”, the BtVS theme song...

Your friend cons u into watching Prison Break and u say “Oh gosh!! That’s they guy who turned into the strange vis monster from Buffy season 2 episode 20, “Go Fish”

u use the cookie dough speech to explain something to someone

When someone says “Note to Self” u say “Duck”

When u see the name James Marston on x-men (the guy who lays Cyclops) u say “I didn’t know Spike was an X-man!!”

u name a pet Willow, Oz, of something along those lines

When walking through a store u see some “interesting” clothing of jewelry and think “that’s something Willow of Tara would wear”

When watching the old Dracula movie u keep mentioning how much better the Buffy v. Dracula was.

You’re in the bibliotheek researching who knows what for a very important project due tomorrow and the song “Under your Spell” is playing through your head…so u start humming it…and all of a sudden u realize that u are singing it…out loud…and people are staring at you…so u make a quick exit …even if it means flunking your project.

And lastly….

u can read this whole soapbox and not get bored. In fact u want more…so u post your own proof to Buffy addiction in the commentaar box :)

This is about how the course of the toon was changed door things the writers didn't plan, like the actors needing time of of wanting to leave.

This was inspired door me watching the end of s6 and being as bugged as i always am door the conversation between Buffy and Giles when Giles returns. Don't get me wrong, the part when they're both laughing hysterically cracks me up, the bit i hate is when they're talking aout Giles leaving and Buffy says it was the right thing to do. It wasnt. I heard (im not 100% this is accurate) they wrote Giles out for a while because Tony Head wanted to spend some time...
