I live in Houston, so I've caught Payton a couple of times, one time, when Payton had Caitlin in town for "Mississippi's Crying" MV I saw them at a Justin Bieber concert then a short while later, I saw them again in Houston again, they were real sweet but I didn't get pictures.

P.S. If u do, he might call u beautiful, (He also offered to go out to eat. Sandi hit him, and then he zei he had to leave later that day. Also he smells really good XD)
