Saki, now 6 years old, came running through the HQ after she got home pagina from school.

"Mommy! Daddy! I'm home!"

She kept running till she was out of breath and had to stop and catch her breath.

"Saki!" Matsuda ran up to her, "Come on, I have to get u out of here!"

"Why? Where's Mommy and Daddy?"

"Just come on!" Matsuda grabbed her hand and they ran out of the building.

Once they were outside, Saki saw that the building was on fire.

"Saki!" Watari ran up and pulled her into a hug.

"What's going on, Papaw?"

Watari looked at her with pity, "Sweetie....Kira got your mother and father..."

"W-wha...?" Saki's eyes filled with tears, "You're lying, Papaw!" she pulled away and started to run towards the burning building.

"No, Saki!" Watari ran after her.

She ran inside the burning building, coughing and squinting through the smoke, "Mommy! Daddy!" she called out as she ventured on.

"Saki!" Watari caught up to her and grabbed her hand, "You have to get out of here!"

"No, Papaw!" she pulled away, "I have to find Mommy and Daddy!" she took off through the smoke.

"Saki!!! Look out!!!!"

Near watched as Saki, now 2 years old, crawled around in the floor. It was his and Matt's turn to watch the baby while Misa and L worked.

Matt was lounged on the couch, playing his DS. Near felt like he was the only one doing any REAL babysitting...

"When're L and Misa coming back?" Matt asked, putting his now dead DS in his pocket, "I need to get back to Wammy's and charge my DS."

"They should be back in 20 minutes."

"Ugh!!" Matt buried his face in the divan, bank pillow.

"....Matt...what if something happens to Misa as well? Who would Saki live with?"

"Probably Watari."

"What if something happens to Watari?"...

Just a quick little Fic that popped into my head,
for all the L fans out there, Enjoy!

L sat on the high backed metal office chair in front of his computer scanning through some of the information they had gathered that day. He pulled his knees closer to his chest with his left hand while his right hand absently left the muis and blindly felt around for his near empty aardbei Sundae glass.
L’s hand finally found the dessert container and, ignoring the spoon, reached in with one long index finger, scooped out some of the whip cream and aardbei sauce that clung to the edge of the glass...

Lawliet twiddled with his small piece of chocolate he was holding with both hands. He stared at it with an intense look. Misa entered the room as Lawliet had noticed her presence and turned his black chair around to greet her. He held the chocolate still with both hands. He simply nodded to her as she smiled and darted at him to toon her excited affection. Lawliet's chair tipped back lightly as Misa wrapped her arms around him. He held his arms out but not wrapped around her. He cradled the small piece of chocolate door his fingertips in his left hand. "Lawliet!" She cried excited to see him....
