Hearing that 200,000 Americans had died from a preventable illness was one of the lows of last week.

It has disproportionately impacted working class people, who hold essential jobs or simply cannot stay home from work. A quote from a lecture I was listening to today:
"As millions of workers are forced back to work under unsafe conditions, worried that every day this could be the day that they get sick and infect their families because they need a paycheck... At the same time, the wealthy retreat to their second or third homes in the countryside and happily refresh the browsers on their stock portfolios, healthy as ever in part thanks to the mega bailout known as the CARES Act"
