I don't feel like writing tons of lijst of things I've written about before so I decided to write a favoriete DP lijst and a prettiest DP lijst with not just my ranking of the princesses, but also with other rankings such as where the movie is placed for example. Hope you'll like this idea :)


11. Ariel
Just because she's my least favoriete princess it doesn't mean that I hate her, no I like her, especially as a human, she's so hilarious and expressive, as a mermaid she annoys me a little bit, but I still like her. I just love the 10 above more

He's nice, but doesn't have much of a personality
Couple: #6
They're a nice couple, but I just love the 5 couples above more
Villain: #4
She's a very interesting villain and she delivers some really great lines, but I prefer my top, boven 3 more

I don't hate The Little Mermaid, but compared to the 10 films above it's nothing special

I dislike most of her outfits, especially the wedding dress, I know it's supposed to be 80's styled, but the style just doesn't work on Ariel
Favorite outfit: Her blue town dress
The only outfit of hers that I love, I'm not a big fan of the corset at the top, but the colors looks lovely on Ariel and the bottom part is beautiful. The dress may be a tribute to the princesses before, but it's a lovely tribute to them
Favorite quote: "I've never seen a human this close before"
I love how she says it very softly and u can hear that she's in love with Eric when she says it.
Favorite scene: The avondeten, diner Scene
This scene is hilarious especially when Ariel starts combing her hair with a fork and everyone looks at her.
Favorite song: Part Of Your World (Reprise)
This version has great lyrics especially in the 2nd half of the song
Favorite score: Main Title
The muziek here is so beautiful and it's one of the reasons to why the intro is one of my favoriete scenes in the movie


10. Tiana
I like her, but I can't relate to her that much except we both love cooking, also I don't like people who works too hard, but I like Tiana because she has a good relationship with her father and loved charlotte even though she was totally different from Tiana. But I just love the 9 above more

He's funny, but it kinda annoys me that he's a womanizer in the beginning of the movie, but I love how he changes as the movie progresses
Couple. #8
They are each other's opposites which is making their relationship special, but because of that they just argue with each other and their relationship doesn't grow as much as other couples'
Villain: #6
Interesting villain, I love how he messes with vodoo and he has some very unique villain sidekicks, a pair of shadows, but I prefer my top, boven 5 more

Very powerful and amazing voice

I know that this dress wasn't hers, it was Charlotte's dress that she borrowed, but this dress is so pretty. Blue looks great on Tiana, the style of the dress is lovely and the accessories matched with the dress are all beautiful

Because u can hear that she loves Naveen and even though it was going to be her father's resturant from the beginning she shows with this quote that she's ready to open up her resturant along with Naveen
Favorite scene: The opening scene
I love this scene because Tiana and charlotte are so cute as children and I love how Eudora reads a story for them
Favorite song: Almost There
Really amazing song with great lyrics and nice scenery
Favorite score: It's Gonna Be Good
The only really good score in this movie


9. Jasmine
I like her, sometimes I wished I could speak my mind like she does and she's in my opinion the smartest Disney Princess, but she can sometimes be really annoying and she shouldn't have forgiven Aladdin as easily as she does.

Prince: #10
In the beginning of the movie he's really kind and nice, but as the movie progresses I start to like him less especially after he meets jasmijn because that's where he starts to lie a lot and that bugs me
Couple: #9
They don't fit together and as I zei above Aladdin just lies to jasmijn almost the whole time they're together
Villain: #9
He never comes up with ideas, it's Ilago who does it and Jafar trusts him, if he had come up with his own idas instead of listening to his papegaai he would be higher on my list
Singing voice: #9
Pretty, but she doesn't sound mature enough to make it any higher on this list
Speaking voice: #9
Better than her singing voice, but not as good as the 8 above

I love this movie, but mainly because of the sidekicks, the rest of the characters aren't that interesting

Because she shows that she can decide herself who she wants to marry

I love this song and this scene, it may not be a very romantic scene and even though I don't like Aladdin and jasmijn as a couple I like them in this scene

Nice lyrics, great scene, not a very romantic, but still a great song
Favorite score: The Cave Of Wonders
The muziek in this scene is just amazing


8. Merida
I like her very much, I love how she makes mistakes, but later realises what she has done and I love how she hates being a princess. But she's also very whiny which is why she isn't any higher on my list

Interesting villain, but he isn't in the movie so much for being a villain

I know it's not Merida who sings the songs in the movie, but I count it as her singing voice, anyway it's nice, but I'm not a big fan of Scottish accent

Suits the character, but sounds very annoying most of the time and I don't like her scottish accent

Good movie, but it's not a very memorable DP Movie in comparsion to the 7 above

I love both of her outfits very much, she may not have liked her formal dress and it may have looked uncomfortable on her, but I love that dress

The first Disney Princess with a black outfit (or maybe it is a very darkblue color) and what a great outfit it is, the color looks great on Merida and the style is simple yet beautiful
Favorite quote: "But there are days when I don't have to be a princess"
Because it shows that she hates the princess life and enjoys being outside
Favorite scene: The archery scene
I love that Merida interupts the archery games in this scene and shoots arrows herself, but also how uncomfortable she feels in her formal dress, I feel a bit sorry for Merida in this scene
Favorite song: Touch The Sky
The only very memorable song from the movie, great lyrics
Favorite score: Fate & Destiny
The first minuut of the score is just amazing and the rest of the score is just wonderful


7. Mulan
I love her and truly admire her, right now I can relate to her because I'm trying to make my family proud, but it sometimes just doesn't work. I of course love how selfless she is and that she's very clumsy. She's also hilarious, but I just love the 6 above more

I know that he was supposed to be serious, but I don't like serious guys that much, however I did felt sorry for him when he got to know that his father had died
Couple: #10
They're just best vrienden to me, there's no development between them though they do become best vrienden at the end, but I can't see them falling in love with each other (ignoring that the sequel excists)
Villain: #1
The most interesting character in the movie and one of the best animated villains, he delivers the best lines out of any villain and I love how he doesn't give up in the beginning of the movie when one of the guards on the Chinese uithangbord tells him "Now all of China knows you're here", he just says "Perfect"
Singing voice: #7
It's the same actress who did the singing voice for Jasmine, but her voice suits Mulan better because at this point she has matured, but it's not as good as the 6 above
Speaking voice: #7
Great speaking voice, but it's not as memorable of good as the 6 above

I love this movie, but for some reason I find the 9 films above better

I don't like most of the songs in this movie especially I'll Make A Man Out Of You, I think that song is extremly overrated

Explination is not needed for why this is my favoriete scene in the movie, well it's an epic scene

The only song I love in this movie, it's such a beautiful, but a sad song with great lyrics

6. Pocahontas
From the moment she jumped off the cliff to the end I really love her, I love that she listens to her hart-, hart and decides to stop the war between her people and the white people, her connection with animals and nature is also amazing, but I love my top, boven 5 more

He's really nice, I love that he likes to explore new worlds, but I love the 6 above more

They where meant for each other and their first meeting is just amazing, but I prefer the 4 above more

Oh, even though she moved down one spot I still love her, I love that she reads fairytales and longs for the adventure that happens in them. I also love how she's an unjudgemental person and judges people on their personality instead of looks. But I just love the 4 above more

He's a really complex character, I love how he changes throughout the movie and how he finally became a human because he learned to love Belle and she loved him back
Couple: #4
They're the couple that I think develops the most as a couple in the movie, but I'm a sucker for love at first sight couples so I can't place them any higher
Villain: #10
He's not really a villain to me, he's just a jerk who wants to marry Belle just because she's the most beautiful in town
Singing voice: #11
The voice sounds too old for her character and compared to the other singing voices on this lijst this one is nothing special

It's nice to listen to in most of the scenes, but in some it can sound a little bit annoying

4. Rapunzel
I think she's an amazing character, I love how she goes from being very naive to become meer mature. I also love how insecure she is because I can sometimes feel like her. But I just love my top, boven 3 more

I love her because she's so faithful and knows that someday her dreams will come true and how she kept a positive attitude despite having to work for her stepmother and stepsisters, but I just love the 2 above more

I think he's hilarious when he's going to greet all the girls at the ball and just gets bored door all of them, I can feel that way when there's a lot of opportunities presented for me, I just want to relax and do something else, but I love the 2 above more

They don't have so much screentime together, but they're so cute together, but they don't do much together and I love the 2 above more

Her little screentime doesn't stop me from loving her, I love how femenime and dreamy she is, but also that she's shy, but I prefer my number 1 more

I love them together, it's a classic fairytale romance, but I just love my number 1 pair more

She's a great villain, I love how she wants to kill Aurora just because she wasn't invited to the celebration of Aurora's birth

Her voice is so pure and lovely to listen to, but it sounds too old for her character

Still sounds too old for her character, but sounds younger and meer innocent than her singing voice and I prefer the 2 above more

1. Snow White
She has been my favoriete princess for a long time and will always be my favorite, I love how optimistic and kind she is. But what I love the most about her is how she can be both a child and a mother at the same time.

The cutest couple ever, they didn't need meer screentime, they toon so much love in just a couple of minutes

This scene is so beautifully drawn and it's one of very few scenes where I can get very emotional

Such a short, but very beautiful song with amazing lyrics. It's my favoriete movie song of all time
Favorite score: Just Like A Doll's House
I've always preferd this score over the meer populair scores from the movie. The beginning of the score is amazing, I love how it sounds like a book opening from a read along book and it's a score that's often stuck in my head
