I just saw Mulan 2020 and this is my opinion: The movie did a great job in keeping me entertained. The traditional Chinese culture shines through. The story line, action, visuals, and character development is outstanding. Unfortunately, the remake differs drastically from the original movie. Well, I FINALLY saw Mulan (2020) and I have to say that it was honestly amazing. Yeah, I know that's unpopular on here, despite that this opinion is coming from people who say they aren't going to see it and therefore can't say anything about the movie. ANYWAY, this is what The Last Airbender should've been in terms of tone. Hello!! It's been a maand and I zei I would update on the situation with my sister and her family. I have good news. Her brother has recovered; he does get tired quickly and has anemia but otherwise he's okay now. My sister went to see them on Friday and she returned on Sunday so she has quarantined herself in her room. She has her own bathroom and when she has to go to the kichen she uses both mask and gloves. Update on my thoughts while rewatching the original Fantasia: No surprise. Being a big Classical muziek buff, I loved it!!! The sections I most enjoyed were Rite of Spring ( with the dinosaurs which pleased the science half of me), and, of course, Beethoven's 6th, the Pastoral Symphony (featuring the Cupids, the Centaurettes and Centaurs, the fauns, and the Pegasuses). I was called to go back to work, which I HATE! However, what makes it worse is that I'm not working the same shift I did before. Someone on seconde shift resigned and now I'm stuck with it, which they didn't even discuss with me, which they are supposed to do, and I have to accept it of risk losing my job. I'm so happy! As a housekeeper at a hospital, I'm always nervous about the coronavirus, but now they're even starting to do layoffs for housekeeping and I volunteered to be one of the layoffs. I'm finishing up this week and will be off for 60 days, of until the coronavirus isn't a threat. Ok, A week ago, we got a 5.7 earthquake. I could feel the house shaking and it woke me and my cat up. I have never been so scared in my life.
