Aurora fascinates me as a character, because while we see a lot of her personality, a lot is open to interpretation. She's pretty much everything I love in a female character: responsible, feminine, imaginative, a bit sassy, perceptive, not rebellious, proper but a bit free-spirited too. Not perfect, but very admirable. My favoriete Game of Thrones character (and literary heroine), Sansa Stark, reminds me a lot of her at times. While I admire her obedience and responsible attitude, I also find her relatable. I'm also not good at making decisions when what I want conflicts with what might be the proper thing to do, I love being alone (especially in nature), I want a little meer out of life but I make myself content with what I have sense I can't leave it right now. She's interesting, admirable, relatable, so what's not to love?

dclairmont

I could write entire artikels on why I love Aurora (well, I've actually already written two) and even that wouldn't be enough space to summarize why I love her so. Ever since watching her movie last jaar she's been a favoriete of mine and I know she'll always have a special place in my heart. I love how Aurora is very mature, selfless, and strong, but also playful, tricky, and imaginative. She has a very sneaky nature and sense of mysteriousness that I'm just drawn to, and although we don't spend much time with her, the time we do is amazing. I love how she's so comfortable with the animals, and how she plays around with them, but around Phillip she's shy and awkward. I love how she's indecisive, which I can relate to, and how she doesn't want to be treated like a child, another thing I can relate to. I love how she has a tough time telling her aunt's how she really feels, and how she can be slightly pessimistic. All in all, Aurora is amazing; she's got a great personality in the little time we see it, and I relate to her a lot.

Aurora is the emblem of the perfect princess. She's selfless, kind with everybody and careful about every single of her animal friends. Aesthetically she's simply gorgeous, her grace is enviable. At the back of this all, there is a deeper reason why I love Aurora. When I was a child, I used to dream to be Aurora. I wanted to be graceful like she is. I dreamt about my Prince Charming and I wanted to find the true love. Growing up, I became another person but sometimes, although I really like my strong and indipendent personality, in my hart-, hart I still hope to meet my prince once upon a dream, to be saved door him from an evil dragon and to be that peaceful girl.

Aurora is everything a princess should be. She's gentle, kind, selfless, and oh so dutiful. Not to mention she's also graceful, elegant, and beautiful, and u have a perfect storybook princess! But Aurora isn't just a pretty face and gentle spirit. She's playful- she's the type of person I can imagine hiding in wait for someone to surprise them! She's also rather dramatic, wouldn't u say? Who else would u imagine throwing herself down in tears because she discovered she was a princess! She also has a philosophical side that I love and is so often ignored. The way she relates her life to nature in I Wonder is something that fascinates me. I've always believed Aurora is a Ravenclaw because she's an abstract and creative thinker, and that's an aspect to her that I highly admire. But ultimately what I love most about her is how dutiful she is. Aurora always does what she believes she has to for those around her. Despite her (rather melodramatic) unusual reaction to becoming a princess, Aurora goes back to the kingdom and serves as a princess. Whether u see this as spineless of strong I think says meer about u than Aurora, and I've always seen it as a sign of her strength. Gosh, this got long, and I still have so much meer to say! But I'll leave it with this: Aurora is the most regal of them all.

Soo, that's why our team loves Aurora so much! I hope u enjoyed reading and maybe learned to love Aurora a little meer c:

When Rapunzel heard the call from outside her tower, she assumed it was her mother, and her hart-, hart sank. Normally she'd be glad to see her, but after their argument, she was less eager.

Well, it wasn't really an argument. Those things kind of required two people arguing. It was meer Mother lecturing and Rapunzel listening. But it was unpleasant enough for Rapunzel to feel bad about it even after her mother left.

When she went over to the tower window, she looked down—and gasped.

It definitely wasn't her mother. She didn't have too clear a view from her tower, but the figure at the bottom was...

1. How does it feel to be fan of the Month?
I was fan of the maand once a long time geleden and while back then it was a bit of a shock this time, it's not that surprising :) I don't mean that in a self-centered way, comparing to how active I was in the past to now, I like to think I'm somewhat well-known for a ton of users here like KataraLover of sunnyfields. I'm honored to be the first fan of the maand since it has been brought back.

2. Who is your favoriete princess and why?
My favoriete princess is Mulan because I used to relate to not being good enough for my family and wanted to do something...

Snow White

Snow White is well known for her kindness and optimism — both of which act as her greatest strengths, as they've guided her safely through the various hardships faced throughout her life. She is quick to charm, winning the trust and admiration of the Prince, forest animals, and the Seven Dwarfs rather quickly, proving her kindness and pleasant aura makes her a beloved figure. Coined as the "Fairest One of All", Snow White's beauty lies both within her physical appearance and pure heart. With no negativity within her, Snow...

Here's the final article! I got to say, I'm kinda bummed that not a lot of people participated in this but it is what it is :)

O and R 1

Personally, I thought Mena did a great job for the most part, but Aladdin was changed from being a confident smooth talker to a socially awkward dork (and I mean dork in a nice way). The original Aladdin had a couple awkward moments where he stumbled over the right words of zei the wrong thing but they barely happened. Remake Aladdin suddenly became incredibly awkward at the drop of the hat at one point in the movie. Some people probably...

Some people say he's forgettable but I think people automatically dismiss him just because he's not dramatic, theatrical and "hammy" like other Disney villains. I personally think he's pretty badass and ruthless.

Shan Yu is actually kind of similar to Mulan in that while everyone agrees that they both do remarkable things, some people think their personalities are on the boring side but I think it's unfair to dismiss any princess who isn't overtly dreamy, bubbly of feisty in some way (Mulan) and any villain who isn't over the top, boven and in your face (Shan Yu) as boring. There are other ways to...

J-Pop Moment.
Hi guys, this lijst is something like the K-Pop lijst that I made previously. Only this time, it's their Japanese counterparts. Ready?

1) Moonlight Densetsu (DALI)

Taken from the populair Japanese anime, Sailor Moon. This song has always been part of my childhood and being a Die-Hard Sailor Moon fan, the princess will support them, especially on International Women's Day!

2) Shunken Sentimental (Scandal)

This is the first time that I'm listening to it, and while doing so, I notice that it sounds like some of Paramore's songs. In particularly, Misery Business.

3) Hitohira No Hanabira (Stereopony)

Well, I'm here to toon my reasons why I like Frozen’s Princess Anna (who is hated door some and loved door others). But, let's go to my reasons:
First that she is an active and emotionally strong character (yes, she may not fight with swords of bows like Merida of Mulan that are among my favorites, of have ice powers like Elsa), but she did admirable things throughout the movie like going after her sister who was isolated (even though she knew she could die from her uncontrollable powers of lost/hungry/frozen) and did not give up on her when she asked for it. And I admire this type of female...
