Bonjour! I actually have never done a "favourite DP movie list" and damn I thought I'd better get cracking and do one, just in case anybody's interested... of whatever.
Shall we get started?

12. Brave

Sorry Brave lovers, I’m not saying I hate it of even dislike it; I liked it when I first saw it, but then when I watched it again and delved deeper into it, I figured that it wasn’t my cup of tea. I didn’t agree with Merida’s actions at the start of the movie but I was very impressed door her character development and how she learnt her lesson and I commend her for that. I liked the fact that her hobby is shooting arrows; I don’t know why but I wish I could see her in battle (sorry that’s the Lord of the Rings side coming out of me, I forgot this movie has to apply to children as well.) The songs weren’t incredible, the characters weren’t incredible, and the story wasn’t incredible. I’m probably in the minority here but I just didn’t connect with the movie that much. For me it didn’t have the Disney magic.

11. Cinderella

Sorry Cinderella lovers as well. Don’t get me wrong; I like the character Cinderella, but I thought the movie was, well, boring. It’s above Brave because it has better songs and indeed does have the Disney magic (when I talk about the Disney magic of lack of, I’m talking about my opinion). I used to like the little mice but now I find them irritating; they could have been main characters on their own and took up most of the story. Cinderella is not one of my favourite princesses but I admire her for her kindness and hard-work. I disliked two characters in this film: Prince Charming and Lucifer. Prince Charming to me didn’t do anything. He only saw Cinderella because of her beauty, they barely talked, etc. The Prince in Snow White is similar, but at least he showed care and sorrow towards her when Snow was presumably dead; Prince Charming for me didn’t really care about Cinderella. He even sent the Duke to do the dirty work. Again I am probably in the minority and many will disagree with me but that’s just my thought. Lucifer I just detest. Anyway it was an OK movie, but I was never interested in it.

10. The Princess and the Frog

I liked the Princess and the Frog; it’s not the best movie but it’s OK. It was meer interesting than Cinderella for sure. I didn’t really like Naveen but I liked how he developed. The little firefly (Ray?) and his Evangeline made me cry a little bit; points there. Doctor Facilier wasn’t the best villain but he wasn’t bad. I liked Tiana; I admired her passion and hard work and culinary skills, gegeven the fact that my culinary skills are non-existent. Her singing voice was very, very impressive (am I finally in the majority with this point?). I suppose I just didn’t connect that much with the movie. That’s all I have to say.

9. Pocahontas

I think I’ll get something out of the way here; Pocahontas has some of the most beautiful songs. Colours of the Wind was fantastic, and I enjoyed Savages and Just around the Riverbend too. Pocahontas the character was alright; I found her a little boring however. I admired the fact that she brought something new to the tafel, tabel with being all spiritual and loving nature etc, and how she was able to smooth things over with the Europeans and save John Smith. This movie taught lovely morals and I enjoy watching it. I just didn’t really enjoy Pocahontas’ relationship with John Smith (and again back in the minority). And I thought Pocahontas was a little boring sometimes.

8. Sleeping Beauty

Now we’re getting to the films that I really like; and I suppose the first Disney movie I had ever seen in my life just has to be in this category. It introduced me to Disney and succeeded in making me like it. I don’t find Aurora to be underdeveloped; if u observe closely u can see that she’s a well developed character for the eighteen minuten she has on screen. I also liked Prince Phillip; I’m not really sure why, but I liked him. The fairies were cute and funny. I just hated the song (I don’t even know what it’s called) that Stefan and Phillip’s Dad sings; it was just a time waster. I’d rather they fill in the time with Aurora. Maleficent was also great; a typical Disney villain who’s pretty awesome, and I enjoyed the movie they just made about her. The settings were really nice. I only really liked the songs that Aurora sings, but apart from that, this movie was enjoyable; I only liked the others more.

7. Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs

Disney did a fantastic job with their first full-length feature. The typical fairytale which never grows old and is loved door people of all ages (it’s my nan’s favourite film) and door me as well. The film is simple but joyful and gives me a warm, happy feeling inside. Snow White is adorable – she may be the damsel in distress kind of girl but she is cute, sweet, innocent and lovely. Nothing is ever wrong with that. The dwarfs crack me up. The Prince is OK, he’s quite sweet to Snow White. I quite like the Evil Queen as well – I like how she speaks in old English, it makes her meer dark and mysterious. The songs are sweet; my favourite is “With a Smile and a Song” because it’s all about optimism after a crisis and reminding yourself that u can do good and make a difference, even though u might be upset: “Remember you’re the one who can fill the world with sunshine.” The animals are super cute too. This movie was lovely.

6. Aladdin

I always liked Aladdin when I was a kid and even though I like it slightly less now, I still appreciate it. I like the character Aladdin; he was cool and street-wise and his relationship with Abu is cute as. I just don’t like the fact that he’s a liar and in some cases he reminded me of a grown-up Peter Pan. (How, u might ask me, and I would ask myself that too. Aladdin is so much nicer than Peter Pan.) jasmijn is cool; fiery, rebellious, smart. I don’t find her bratty at all, as some people do. I love her red outfit the best. The songs weren’t too bad but I think I preferred the score. Jafar was an alright villain, I liked his sarcasm. I loved the Sultan and Rajah, they’re both so cute! So this movie was pretty good; I have always loved it and I always will.

5. Tangled

I saw this movie in the cinema and I was very glad I did. Now since I’m a bit older, I cried in Tangled. Apart from an Australian film called Red Dog, and a Winnie the Pooh movie called “A Tigger Movie” (which I cried in because Tigger ran away and I was scared that he wasn’t going to come back), I hadn’t really cried in movies. But now I do. Rapunzel and Flynn’s relationship is door far my favourite and Flynn is probably my favourite prince. The bit where I always cry is when he’s dying and he says: “Rapunzel, u were my new dream.” *Sniffle*. So sweet. The parents were SO much better than Elsa and Anna’s shocking parents. Silence is great sometimes and their emotional journey throughout the movie worked really well with no dialogue; it was cathartic. I really, really enjoyed the movie, I loved Rapunzel’s character development, I loved Flynn’s cynicism, I loved Maximus’ determination and I loved Mother Gothel’s... villainry. Great movie.

4. Frozen

Well I haven’t seen this movie this high on a countdown since, like, ever. Frozen get’s a lot of hate on Fanpop (and from me being awful at hating and disliking things, I have never seen for myself the negative aspects of it. Some of them I have, but not all). For me this wasn’t a “bad” movie. I enjoyed this movie. And I’m not afraid to say it to the Frozen-dislikers. For me the villains are the parents and the trolls; they cause all of the problems that occur in the film. I feel very sorry for Elsa and I wish she could believe in herself to control her powers but through all of the abuse during her life she never believed she could, so I feel sympathetic for her. Anna is a little on the clumsy and silly side (marrying a guy after one day, I mean, come on?) but I still liked her optimism and willingness to help her sister. I adored Sven! He was so cute! Olaf I found irritating but I grew on him the seconde time I watched the movie (and I saw the movie in the cinema. Twice lol). The characters were good, the plot (though it could have been improved slightly, and meer detailed) was good, the songs were fantastic, I liked all of them, the animatie was superb. The score wasn’t too bad. So globaal, algemene I really enjoyed this movie.

3. Mulan

I saw this movie for the one hundredth and thirty seconde time yesterday, and it has never failed to amuse and entertain me. I just love the action part. (Movies such as Lord of the Rings with action and medieval battles will go above soppy dramatic love stories every time). Mulan is great and is slowly pushing away Belle on my favourite Disney Princess lijst to be in first place. Actually, she’s probably already there. Mulan is a fantastic character. She is sacrficial for her family, caring, humble, funny, clumsy and incredibly intelligent. Not to mention persistent; I loved the part where she retrieves the arrow... and then beats Shang up. (Lol. Nah, I love Shang.) The songs were great, the score is quite possibly my favourite (the muziek during “Mulan’s Decision” gave me the chills through it’s awesomeness). I like the characters, the soldiers and Mushu cracked me up. (“Dishonour on your family, make a note of this. Dishonour on you, dishonour on your cow...”) I LOVED this movie, and, like the movie that wins this countdown, I watched SO many times when I was a kid. SO many times. u go, Mulan. Of course women can do whatever men can do.

2. Beauty and the Beast

I don’t think there is anything I dislike about Beauty and the Beast (well, I don’t dislike pretty much anything as I mentioned earlier). Belle is a beautiful character, inside and out. She is very similar to me too, maybe that’s a reason why I liked her so much. I adore the furniture, they’re so lovely to Belle and the Beast. Gaston is a pretty good villain; definitely a realistic one. I love the songs and the score in this movie too. “Beauty and the Beast” is my favourite Disney song of all time, and the muziek when Beast is changing back into the Prince is enchanting. The morals of this story can never be beaten. It’s set in France. The animatie is absolutely fantastic. It is just a lovely love story and one that I can stand watching. Absolutely beautiful, certain as the sun, rising in the East.

1. The Little Mermaid

If I didn’t watch this movie over and over when I was a little girl and loved it so much then Beauty and the Beast would make the first spot. Don’t get me wrong – I’m not saying this choice is totally due to nostalgia, because I still love this movie very, very much and it will always have a special place in my heart. Ariel was also my favourite princess as a kid. As a kid watching a movie, you’re kind of like a dog to its owner. u don’t care if the princess (or your owner) makes stupid decisions of is dumb. (For me Ariel isn’t like that, because I just don’t see bad things, however to some people she is.) u don’t care, u just love them for the person they are and what they have done for you. Through Ariel’s movie, she has demonstrated persistence, passion and determination which I am very grateful for, as well as curiosity and a love of things we take for granted. She’s just a girl in zoek of happiness; chasing her dreams. For me this is the ultimate Disney story. I fell in love with the songs and the score (including Part of your World Reprise, as this one portrayed Ariel’s determination and passion for her dreams). “Main titel theme” is probably my favourite muziek piece of all time (it’s the one right at the beginning.) I love Eric and definitely Ariel and Eric’s relationship. Sebastian, Scuttle and bot are great, and Ursula is door FAR my favourite villain. Her performance during “Poor Unfortunate Souls” was so memorable and superb. I swear she hypnotised Ariel with her superbness. So yes this movie has been a big part of my childhood, but it is a movie that I have always loved, and will always love as well. It gives me the warm, happy feeling every time I watch it and the ending is just magical. I love how Ariel and her father understand each other at the end. For all eternity, this movie is my favourite Disney movie of all time.

So there u have it. Did u disagree with some of my points? Did u agree? Please let me know your favourite if u would like to, because I would very much like to know. Thank u so much for reading.
Merci et au revoir!

Author's Note: So, guys, this is a voorbeeld of a fanfiction I'm thinking I'll maybe do. It's Sleeping Beauty retold in Aurora's POV. What do u guys think? Tell me in the comments.

Briar Rose hummed to herself quietly as she picked berries from a bush. She smiled to herself: her aunts thought they could deceive her, but it was obvious they were planning something special for her birthday.

"I wonder what they're doing this year," she thought to herself. "Last jaar Aunt Fauna sew for me this sjaal I'm wearing, Aunt Flora made a bloem pot for me to put my flowers in and Aunt Merryweather baked...

hallo everybody, during this time when we're supposed to give thanks and be thankful for what we have, I thought what not better way to celebrate than to insult all of the princesses clothes! What could be a better way to celebrate the Christmas cheer! So without further ado, let's gooo! (I'm not including Anna and Elsa because 1. I'm lazy, 2. they're not coronated yet, and 3. #yolo.)

11. Ariel

Sorry Ariel, but I really don't like your wardrobe. I don't love any of her outfits, and it just seems every color she wears clashes with her red hair. They also seem too poofy and don't look too comfortable....

I saw CRaZy_rawR do an artikel like this recently and it looked fun so I thought I might try it out :) Anyway let's get started! Also, I'm not including Anna and Elsa in this list, but their wardrobes are definitely two of my favorites!

Snow White: Rags

I absolutely love this dress! I love her other dress as well, but I've always found this dress so charming! I love the color scheme of it, and I love the blue hair-bow she wears with it. I think this dress is beautiful, and if the Queen's job was to hide Snow's beauty in that dress she definitely failed! Although the bottom of the dress looks...

Welcome to another Silverrose1991's favorieten countdown. Today we will be reviewing Cinderella's outfits. Silverrose1991 would like to remind u that all characters mentioned in this artikel are owned door Disney and all outfits in this countdown can be found in Walt Disney's Cinderella.

Let's get started.

6. Light blue nightgown

This outfit is cute and lady-like, but old-fashioned. I'm pretty sure Lady Tremaine just gave Cinderella the worst nightgown in the house to wear, so it musn't be very comfortable, either. I like the neckline with the bow and the color isn't all that bad, but dull.

Nightgowns: Great for twirling around Cinderella style!...

Here are the results of the Princess of the maand Hairstyles Countdown!

This is originally a BelleAnastasia's idea, she started to make countdowns for princesses' songs, hairstyles and outfits each month. She made the other artikels with results only with images, so I continued her tradition, because personally I think it's not bad.

I'm really glad she let me do Aurora's countdowns, I hope u enjoy my pictures!

Snow White
I used to have Snow White low on my lijst because I had a hard time connecting with her. I thought she was too cheerful, old-fashioned, unrealistic and not a very well developed character. Her character definitely isn't all that layered, but I started liking her simplicity. I love how she is like a bossy mother to the Dwarfs and how she always makes the best out of a bad situation. I also think she's funnier than gegeven credit for.

Favorite Outfit: Princess Dress with a cape- It looks complete with the cape.

Since my birthday is soon I decided to combine two of my biggest fandoms, the Disney Princesses and Within Temptation, link. To make it even meer interesting I have decided to also give each princess that where in the old artikel a new song that I think suits them so it's a good idea to read the old artikel before u read this one. I also decided to update this lijst so that Merida could be included.

Please keep in mind that this is a lijst for specific characters, not their movies. Otherwise, this lijst would look much much different. Let the countdown begin!

#11: Mulan

I have nothing against Mulan, honestly, but she is the one Disney Princess that doesn't interest me in any way, shape, of form. She is strong, chivalrous, and brave. Which is great, but I've always been a girly-girl. Her personality...

Belle, Nostalgia Critic regards her as one of the best animated characters ever and I have to agree. She's strong, adventurous, doesn't really care what people think of her, doesn't take crap from no one........and yet.....at the same time......it's those same traits that make her kind of ANNOYING!!!! Don't get me wrong. Belle is great. She's hot, she's smart, and she's strong, but u see, the thing is while those are good traits for a perfect to have, Belle has way too many good traits. She is too freakin' stinkin' PERFECT!!!!! She is like the ultimate good model of Disney. She always wants...

Allright, I have seen all those artikels before about the role models but I would like to write one all together to be fair and to not be a single opinion, so If u can please write who do u think is the best role model. That's how I wan't to make the top, boven 10 with the help of all you. Please I think Mulan deserves to be number one so tell me for others. u can write for every one u wan't, for example If we have a lot who think Belle is a good role model, she will be the second. If u have vragen ask in comments, the final lijst (top ten) will be announced volgende week! Please vote, I will make and a enquête for that and remember, say why!
u know I hate when people say that classic princesses are not good role models and all these, u have never see a person who like cooking and cleaning, cause I like that, and stop judje them, u judje them and compare them with things that exist only in the 21th century and with a negative point of view, a selfish point of view, u see the critics about them who are very negative, cause that's their work to find negative things, even when they doesn't exist, u say they are only cooking and cleaning and waiting for a prince to come, u know they don't live in the 21th century! In those...

So I made a enquête and asked all of u guys to give me your DP singing voices lists. The winner is determined door points. Whoever has the least amount of points will be the winner. So if u have Snow White in your #10 spot, she will receive 10 points. If u voted Ariel for #1, she will receive 1 point. I will give the final point score at the very end. The Princess with the least amount of points will be Fanpop's favoriete DP Singer! :)

Thanks to all of our 26 participants!

 The Frog Prince

I know Naveen was going go out first because of being the prince that got kicked out of his kingdom. Everyone zei he just get bored and leave the palace to go play ukulele. But now that he’s with Tiana he may be a better ruler.

The countdowns on the enquêtes were to vote off the most lustful each round. The final couples would be featured first on the article, as they are the least lustful.

10. Mulan and Shang

According to Fanpoppers, this couple is the least lustful. People zei that they got to know one another, and because of the fact that their relationship did not start until the end of the film, it works to their advantage. But others zei that Mulan...

Ariel's hips are the biggest liars I've ever met! They walk in like, whaddup I got some big scales, and walks out with human hips.
