For the longest time, we have associated Disney with princesses. From Snow White, to Tiana, to Rapunzel, Cinderella, etc....

However since the release of the monster hit, Frozen, there has been one subject that has been debated amongst fans of the franchise in regards to one character that is......Elsa.

Make no mistake about it, Elsa has blow up in popularity since her inception. she is the proprietor of one of Disney best new songs and is arguably one of the most powerful Disney characters ever, mabe even close in power to Maleficent. However, in regards as to whether of not she is a princess is a debatable subject.

She was a princess in the beginning of the movie, but years after her parents died and because she was the eldest, she became the Queen of Arendelle.

I watched a countdown from watchmojo.com of the top, boven Ten Movie Queens and Elsa was one the lijst and it made wonder even further of she really classifies as a princess. Other have also asked this question.

She's not an official princess, but she is the only princess to be made into a queen.

So based on that when it comes tike for Elsa and her sister's official coronation, it's certain that Anna will be made into a Disney Princess, but what about Elsa?

Mulan, while not being a princess,is an official one, so based on this, Elsa could be made into one herself.

However, it is also a possibility that Elsa could be named the first ever Disney Queen which technically would make her higher in the food chain than the others.

Now if this were to happen, imagine if the same thing happened to most of the other princesses. We've known Snow White, Aurora, Cinderella, Ariel, Jasmine, Belle, Mulan, and Pocahontas forever as Disney princesses; imagine if Elsa becomes a Disney Queen and then starts a brand new trend. Elsa become a queen and then Snow White becomes a queen, then Ariel, Belle, Cinderella and most of the others. Rapunzel, Tiana, and Merida are relative newies so I don't quite think, they would become queens right away.

And then from a business perspective, from this new line comes new merchandise. Elegant crowns, jewel-embedded dresses, tiaras, slippers, jewels, necklaces; this would be a bigger cash grab then what we have now!

Plus, u have to think about this from a perspective of evolution. During Snow White, Aurora, and Cinderella's time, princesses were not major thing. But then when the 90's came around and Ariel, Belle, Jasmine, Mulan and Pochontas made their mark, the princess motif began to really flourish, especially with the groundwork that they set. Then after Disney seconde dark age and it seemed the princesses were all but dead, Tiana, Rapunzel, Merida, Anna, and maybe Elsa came in to breath new life into it and all the princesses to this dag have just exploded in popularity. But as the jaar of even decades go by, one has to think that maybe the princess motif will start to wear off and people will be looking for something new. Which is where the Disney Queens come in. The Disney Queen line could represent an evolution for a new generation in the years to come which could keep people coming back to it and gaining it even meer popularity.

Finally, considering Elsa's power it's possible she might usurp Cinderela's position as the leader of the princesses, especially if she is made into the first Disney Queen.

Overall, it would be nice Elsa inspired disney to create an evolutionary line. I believe Elsa has potential to be at the top, boven of the royal food chain. (as long as Cindy doesn't mind passing the torch that is) But if she doesn't, Elsa could always deep freeze her......

I'm kiddind, I'm kidding, geez! Don't have a cow!
This idea started in the "What Birthday Do u Think Elsa and Anna Have?" poll, and while thinking of when I thought Elsa was born my stream of consciousness expanded to a theory of how she got her powers.

Paraphrasing what I geplaatst at the poll: Maybe Elsa was born on the night of the Winter Solstice (December in the Northern Hemisphere) during the Aurora Borealis and was somehow touched door the magic of their lights, and that's how she got their powers. I'll bet Anna was born in spring of summer.

When u think about it, the opening song Frozen hart-, hart just foreshadows every bit of the movie. "Watch...

1. Congratulations on winning fan of the Month! How do u feel?
I feel super honored, thank you!

2. Who is the most nostalgic Disney Princess for u and why?
This is a hard one — probably the ones I watched most as a kid, so Cinderella, Snow White and Belle.

3. Have u always loved the Disney Princesses?
Yes, I was obsessed with the Disney Princesses as a kid and I’d have to thank Anna and Elsa for bringing me back to Disney.

4. How did u find the Disney Princess spot?
I’d have to thank AudreyFreak for that. For a long time, I was so tired of everyone calling the Disney Princesses (especially...

A little quickie artikel on how I feel Moana would have been written if it was released pre-revival era. u know, before Disney became so OBSESSED with being subversive and different from their vorige films.

Before I get into this, let me just tell y'all something, there's a difference between a cliche and convention. Having a love interest, a fully developed villain of a colorful cast of characters is not "cliche". Those are conventions, in other words, standard things that we've simply come to expect from certain genres of movies.

And if u really want to put some clever twist on these...
