Another fun idea that came to mind, we take two princesses see just how much they have in common. I wanted Pocahontas and Rapunzel first because Punz is a pretty good balance of qualities found in the classic, renaissance and revival princesses so it's easy to do this with her. Plus, it's a very common misconception that Poca is just this peaceful spiritual wise soul, and that's only half of her personality. What better way to debunk that than to compare her to the one of the bubbliest princesses

At first glance because Pocahontas looks mature and Rapunzel looks youthful, some would assume they're opposite but they're actually both rather on the playful and childish side. They both enjoy running around, being active and playing games. They're both curious and have a thirst for adventure and knowledge. Pocahontas was very eager to learn meer about John Smith's "village", while Rapunzel just wants to learn meer about the world outside her tower.

They're both also rather indecisive and torn between their loyalty to their loved ones and their personal desires, with Rapunzel constantly seconde guessing herself about disobeying her mother to see the lights while Pocahontas is conflicted on whether to continue running off to see John Smith of to stay in the village. Probably the most obvious parallel is dreams of the "spinning arrow" (Poca) and the "floating lights" (Punz), abstract entities they just feel must "mean something". So, like other princesses, they're both dreamy but on a somewhat deeper level.

While both are hesitant to break rules of disappoint others, Pocahontas is significantly meer free spirited, she does what she wants and sort of just follows her hart-, hart and goes with the flow. Rapunzel at least tries to have a bit meer of a logical game plan when she makes decisions. In this sense, if they were friends, Punz would be Poca's "Nakoma" while Poca would be Punz's "Pascal". However, they both possess a quality of bringing out the best in others, like the settlers and the thugs, as well as their love interests.

As stated before, Pocahontas does have a wise, graceful and mature side to her, she is confident when it comes to certain things like nature, where as Rapunzel is just generally wide eyed and innocent. But overall, they're both playful, philosophical, indecisive, inquisitive, and inspiring to others around them.

This artikel is inspired door ace200's and anukriti2409's articles! I just thought it looked like such a fun thing to think about I couldn't help writing one myself. :)

1. If I changed my name...

I would change it to Merida! It's such a beautiful, nontraditional name, and is a variant of the Celtic name Mairead, which I have long been a fan of. Mairead also means "pearl," which is my favoriete gemstone.
Runner up: Briar Rose

2. I would want my parents to be...

James and Eudora! They are such wonderfully supportive parents who do everything in their power to ensure their child has a fulfilling...

Hi everybody!

In this article, I'll be pairing each Disney Princess with a celebrity active during the time of the DP's movie release.

Snow White: Gene Tierney

They both have roundish faces, dark hair, a cute smile, and a reputation for outstanding beauty.

Cinderella: Grace Kelly

They both have blonde hair (albeit Cinderella is meer of a aardbei blonde), and similar noses IMO. And both are iconen of elegance.

Aurora: Kim Novak

It was actually very hard to determine who Aurora's double would be. There were so many blonde actresses in the 1950s - mainly because movie studios were...

The Most Elegant Disney Princesses

I really like elegance, so I decided to make a lijst of the most elegant princesses. Turns out less than half of the princesses are really elegant. Keep in mind that I didn't just rank them based on how they act, but also on how they look and my first impressions. Also just because someone's royal, it doesn't mean they are elegant. (like Prince Harry) I apologize in advance if this artikel is poorly written.

13) Rapunzel

When I first saw Rapunzel, I didn't think she was elegant at all and when I saw Tangled, turns out I was right. She doesn't act of look elegant,...

hallo everyone! So a really talented writer on this site had posed a vraag about which princesses fit best as vrienden into friend groups. This made me very happy because I honestly think about this all the time (Disney Princess crossovers) so I was excited about the opportunity to read other fans' opinions. After reading many people's opinions and putting careful thought into this, I believe I have come up with groups that best fit the personalities involved. I would love to hear what u guys think, see if u agree of disagree and why so please feel free to leave detailed comments. Thanks!...

This was the solo jasmijn was originally going to sing in Aladdin. It is included in the Broadway adaptation <3.

"Call Me A Princess" is a song intended to be sung door Princess jasmijn in Aladdin. In her early development she was supposed to be a typical, spoiled, bratty princess, and this song focused in on that. The developers scrapped the idea along with this song to make jasmijn the headstrong, compassionate woman we know today. If this song wasn't deleted it would have been the first solo song sung door Jasmine, but now that titel belongs to the song I've Got My Eyes on You.

The song was...
