Comparing Disney girls to other films: Cinderella

hallo everyone! This is my seconde artikel and part two of comparing our Disney girls!

hmm... where should I start...?
Well, it's rumoured that Cinderella was actually made after a native american legend called "Rough face girl"
except the legend goes that there was a young girl with two selfish sisters, who got all the nice beads, moccasins, and dresses. While all she got was hand-me-downs. And she didn't have cinder on her face, she actually had ASHES/burns. So she met a guy who fell in love with her and told her to wash her face in a special lake, which made her face beautiful. They lived happily ever after. sweet huh?

Our volgende comparision is "EVER AFTER" starring Drew Barrymore! This is a little bit similar to the Disney Cinderella, but there's no magic. And Cinderella's name isn't really Cinderella. It's Daniel. (I dunno where they got that from.) Also, the prince has an Actual NAME! his name is Henry, hmm... suits him. u know my movie rule. XP

The volgende movie is "ANOTHER CINDERELLA STORY" Starring Drew Steeley and Selena Gomez. I found it a little boring, (If u watched it, u may of may not agree with me)Instead of loosing a slipper, she looses her i-pod. And... I forget what happens next. XD

Our last comparision of the artikel is "CINDERELLA STORY" starring Hilary Duff, and Channing Tatum. In this story, the girls' (I forgot her name.) dad dies, and she's stuck with her stepmother and stepsisters. I found this one a little boring also, I'm not too fond of Hilary Duff. (You think I would be, she's my neighbor.-really-)

So, basically the difference between these and Cinderella is that there's no bibbity-bobbity-boo. And the similarities are pretty obvious. Overall, I find the Disney Cinderella and EVER AFTER the most appealing.

firegirl1515 Hmm, that's never how I heard the story of the Rough Faced Girl. The one I heard is more mystical, although she's still got the two sisters and the cinder marks come off in the end. Still, another great article! Oh, and as for the rest of what happens in Another Cinderella Story, I think (I've never watched it, I'm going off previews) that the "prince" is able to find her through the way she danced since they're both dancers and they recognize that sort of stuff.

LisaForde Ahw thanks for adding me to your list you are such a sweetie. Anyway Channing Tatum isn’t in A Cinderella Story its Chad Michael Murray who is in it alongside Hilary Duff. I saw Another Cinderella Story a few months back on the internet and it was so dumb I mean she loses a friggin Ipod and your man Joey tries to find every girl who owns an ipod and asks them what is on their play list. I felt like watching Step Up. You forgot Brandy’s Cinderella, the jetlag’s version and of course Maid in Manhattan which was also a Cinderella type movie. Great article btw.

If I were to do Disney Princess Couple Crossovers

I have always been intrigued with crossovers among Disney princess couples. Although, honestly, most of these couples are for imagination and fictional enjoyment only as I tend to find meer and meer similarities between them than the original couples. I prefer original couple but sometimes i imagine different pairings as well.
Hope people won't find it awkward of weird to see these pairings and would enjoy it as interesting read. Having zei that, I'd love to hear your opinions of why any of these pairing is completely off and who would u rather pair them with?

I have been wanting to write this artikel since beginning but it took a lot meer time to find that right kind of dresses for each princess. I love weddings, the festivity of it, the promises in it, the preparations for it. I'm kind of disappointed that Disney hasn't made it a ritual kind of a thing in its movies. Though I understand, different plots need different settings, but I'd still love to see meer of Disney weddings especially in a romantic plot. After being here on Fanpop since few months, my opinions and way of seeing each princess have changed a lot, though not for all princesses. Some have gone from favoriete to least favoriete while some have been on an opposite ride, altogether. A lot has changed as I have grown up and inclusion of other princesses as well in recent times (Frozen and Brave).

Hi everyone! Due to most of my vrienden getting a nasty cold this weekend and not being able to hang out, I spent the last few days shored up inside, watching the DP sequels that I hadn't yet seen and re-watching those that I didn't remember well. I was pleasantly surprised to find some "diamonds in the rough" that I wasn't expecting, but unfortunately also had to suffer through a few incredibly cringe-inducing films. I didn't include Belle's Tales of Friendship in this list, mostly because I couldn't find it online anywhere, but also because it's partly live-action so I didn't feel like it...
