Another fun idea that came to mind, we take two princesses see just how much they have in common. I wanted Pocahontas and Rapunzel first because Punz is a pretty good balance of qualities found in the classic, renaissance and revival princesses so it's easy to do this with her. Plus, it's a very common misconception that Poca is just this peaceful spiritual wise soul, and that's only half of her personality. What better way to debunk that than to compare her to the one of the bubbliest princesses

I was in a mood to do a ranking list, so I thought I should make a lijst of my top, boven 10 scenes from DP movies. So, here we go.

10. Cinderella - waking up
Have u ever seen anyone waking up so gorgeous. Her elegance is to die for. She's looking adorable and elegant all at once, with her piggytails. I love how she flips over and puts hoofdkussen, kussen overhead, not wanting to wake up from the dream. And isn't she cute, not telling the dream to the birdie friends. I like how she was so much in the moment, holding a pillow. And then, old killjoy strikes, haha! I love how she gave us a peak into her other side,...

So I really, really, really love the Disney Princess dance sequences, particularly with the waltz, as I find it to be so sweepingly romantic! The animatie of the dance, the way the dress twirls with the women, the romantic and powerful score in the background, the gorgeous scenery in the background and the usually gorgeous dress worn door the princess... I love everything about these sequences! That's not to mention the toon of romantic love developing. I am very much an old soul so I really love the process of "courting" which often included the man taking the woman out to dance of dancing...

So, I made a long rant on Mulan in a poll, so I figured I would add meer into it, and turn it into an article.



I don't think she's amazing as people make her out to be. Brave, smart, a great personality. I don't see all of that in her. She's pretty brave, but I think there are braver characters out there than just her. She's smart, but I don't think she's THAT smart, quick-thinking and smart are different. I don't find her personality appealing. She's pretty lazy and gave up too easily at the beginning of the movie. She only works hard when she's forced. Then door the end of the movie, she's completely...

First of all ignorant Ariel haters are advised not to read this because I am being brutally honest and not holding back. For those who say I'm being harsh they toon no respect for Ariel's fans and treat her like she's some kind of heartless monster so I don't owe them one bit of respect and will not toon them any because they don't deserve it. Almost everyone knows that Cinderella is my favoriete princess. I've gegeven my reasons for loving her many times before, but in this artikel I'll give a meer detailled insight in why.

Cinderella is dreamy. I believe everybody, at some point of their lives, had a dream. A life without dreams is a sad one. Dreams brighten our dag and give us something to believe in if life is suddenly unfair and cruel.

I admire Cinderella so much for believing in her dreams that words cannot describe it.

10. Snow White
Snow White is kind to every person and creature she meets. She is also fair and beautiful above all the maidens in the land. Animals and people alike share their love for this sweet princess.


9. Pocahontas
Pocahontas is brave, fearless, fun loving, and willing to stand up...

I know using the phrase top, boven ten doesn't make sense, because there's only ten but lets get on with it.

10.Aurora
The most feminine princess in the bunch but that really isn't saying much. Aurora is one of the meer attractive, Barbie-esque, princesses which again isn't saying much, but the lijst meer of less based on personality and Aurora just doesn't cut it. Granted she didn't have much time for us to get to know her, the movie was mostly focused on the fairies. Let's just admit it Aurora really is just another pretty face, she's totally hot but that's about it.

After seeing Tangled, I decided that I needed to update the ol' list. The last time I updated my lijst was about 3 months ago. My lijst has changed quite a bit since then. I've watched all of the Princess films over the past week, and came up with a brand spankin' new list. To mix things up a bit, I've included my favoriete scene from that Princess' movie. Can't really say anything about Snow White. People are really dead on about her. She sweet, caring, joyful, old fashioned and kinda stupid. I wish I could defend her but I can't. All the negative stuff people say about Snow are completely true, as well as the positive. The only misconception I can come up with, is that everyone thinks she's happy all the time. But there's one scene where she's crying but she almost immediately bounces back. So,...

 10. Mulan & Shang

This really shouldn't come to anybody's surprise. Throughout most of the film Shang believes that Mulan is actually a man. I don't doubt for one seconde that they don't love and respect each other, but we don't get to see any romance between them (not including the sequel). They never dance, never serenade each other with a romantic song.
