Pocahontas and Mulan need meer love

Elemental-Aura Seriously Pocahontas and Mulan need more credit. I have a good 2 theory why they don't contribute as much as the other princesses. Pocahontas' sequel caused a hugh riot because she didn't get to be with John Smith so, thy try not to market her as much because of that. For Mulan, people continously complain she's not an actual princess so Disney doesn't market so much as a Disney Princess And not to mention both Mulan and Pocahontas aren't based on fairytales, they're based on historic events But even with my theories both Mulan and Pochontas are two insprirational heroines The Disney Princess Franchise don't market their heroines because of their Princess status they are marketed because they are based on classical Fairytales (well Snow White, Cinderella, Aurora, Ariel, Belle, Jasmine, Tiana and Rapunzel are) and are a good influence on young Disney Princess fans. And also I believe since Pocahontas and Mulan are based on reality this influences young girls futher they can do anything is they set their heart to it.

ARIEL-RAPUNZEL OR maybe is because there are a lot of Princess by now, But is true I never seen Mulan Or Pocahontas in a cover like this.

disneyprince Honestly, I believe that they use them the least because they aren't "girly" enough to be with the others. Their dresses aren't ballgowns (I guess Jasmine contradicts this theory but I think that since Aladdin was extremely popular she gets more love, also it adds diversity, especially before Tiana wasn't included). This is what really angers me about the Princess franchise, as much as I love them, their personal identities are totally lost and they are used to sell dresses, tea sets, and dolls to little girls. If you looked at the princesses from the franchise alone (without their movies), you would think that all these women care about is looking pretty, dressing up, and smiling for the camera. There is nothing about their determination, minds, or strength. However, I believe that this is the Disney Princess Magazine, and in their defense, they are the best part of the Disney Princess franchise in regards to including Poca and Mulan, they usually pick 3 or 4 "monthly princesses" for their magazine and feature stories and activities to those princesses. SailorM91 Totally agree - I wish they would be used more but Pocahontas especially. I've seen more merchandise with Mulan than Pocahontas :/
