I'm not sure about the answer because I think Rapunzel would like Jasmine more than the other way around. Jasmine would probably be annoyed with how indecisive and obedient she is for the most part and how she depends on Flynn (when she doesn't really need to, or doesnt seem to). Rapunzel would probably admire how confident and fearless Jasmine is.
