Yeah, Liz Callaway is nice singing as Odette in The Swan Princess and singing Once Upon a December in Anastasia.

But I'm picking Lea Salonga for singing All Whole New World, More Than A Peacock Princess, and Ride of Our Lives as Jasmine, singing Reflection and Lesson Number 1 as Mulan (she always blows me away as Mulan), and I've heard her sing as both Eponine and Fantine from Les Miserables on youtube. The credits speak for themselves and I love them all.
