I know Ariel and Rapunzel look and act kind of similar (incidentally, they were designed by the same guy, who based Ariel on his wife at the time and Rapunzel on his daughter around 20 years later. Talk about a family resemblance!) but I say nay. Flynn has Rapunzel.

I don't even think he'd really like Ariel that much anyway. It's Rapunzel's sweetness and altruism he starts to fall for before he sees how beautiful she is at the festival. Ariel is just really selfish and inconsiderate and only thinks about doing what she feels like doing at any time. I don't think her beauty alone would win favors with him.
