I thought Mulan because Mulan sacrifices herself for her father like Belle.

Far off places: Agrabah
Daring sword fights: Aladdin running away from the guards with swords (One Jump Ahead)
Magic Spells: Genie, Carpet, Jafar doing magic
A Prince in Disguise: Aladdin pretending to be Prince Ali

seeing how they both adore their fathers Belle would be amazed at how far Mulan would go to save her father

Aladdin and the Cave of Wonders as her favorite book?

I think so, because in the original version of Aladdin
He was born Royal, there were daring swordfights,
journeys to Faraway places, magic spells and
a prince in disguise!

Although; she could very well have been describing
the original version of The Beauty and the Beast.
