Both are gorgeous but Liu is too delicate for my taste. Jamie is more mature looking and is in my top 5 most beautiful women that EVER lived!

Sometimes, I wish they'd use these Once Upon a Time actors for the live actions. Jamie Chung made a great Mulan.

That's because that version of Mulan is supposed to be more reserved and military-like. Me and hatelarxene have definitely seen Once Upon A Time, I'm even forcing myself to watch the unnecessary and awful season 7 (The first six seasons were so good and season 6 was the PERFECT ending for the show), and I can say that Jamie is a great actress. But again, to each their own.

@princesslullaby: Well, yeah. That version of Mulan is, as KataraLover stated, reserved and military-like.
If she were playing her as a light-hearted, less serious teenager like in the movie, THEN you can call her a bad actress. But that's not the case. Jamie is excellent.

no, I'm not talking about her playing Mulan as serious. I mean she's terrible at emoting and has zero expressiveness and is just a plain bad actress.
