They kept hinting she was similar to her mother. Especially in the cut-out songs. More than Pocahontas.

Even though we don't really know much about her mother (I'm not counting the third movie), she doesn't really seem to connect with her father, so I'm guessing that she's a lot like her mother.

Until you posted this question, it never really struck me how little these princesses actually interacted or spoke about their mothers.

Excluding sequels, only three of them still had mothers in their movies. Aurora's mother is rarely seen, so her personality is unknown, though I'd like to think that Aurora is very much like her mother, as what little is seen tells me that she is kindhearted, introverted, family-oriented, etc. Mulan and Tiana strike me as very different from their mothers.

I guess...may change my vote...I only saw parts of TLM3...but from what I gathered she's like her Mama.
