Ariel is the more defined personality, so it seems like she would take the lead more often.

Even though Eric is more placid in comparison to Ariel, I still don't really see her being dominant over him. Well I'm not sure. She'd want him to make the decisions seeing as she was the one that came into his life, but he would be like "Oh, but are you sure? But I think you should choose out of these options" (or whatever) so in turn, that makes Eric more dominant I guess? Sort of equal though, but mainly Eric IMO.
