However, I choose Ariel because she was so painfully alone in her torment. There was also no up side to her terrible situation. Ursula won, and would soon have Eric, Ariel, Triton, and the entire sea in her hands! With Rapunzel, she at least got to spend a few last moments with her beloved. And his sacrifice wasn't in vain--he got to save her from the villain in the process. And don't forget--Ariel had spent the entire day trapped in this horrible town buzzing over that horrible wedding. Everyone else in that world was excited and happy about the worst thing in the world to her. Poor Ariel, she gave up so much for him!: At the first time I watched Beauty and the Beast, I already knew that Beast would be alive again, so I didn't tears. Same with Flynn's death. There's no reason why I should cry when Cinderella got locked in her room. I'd rather think that the scene when the stepsisters torn Cinderella's dress is more sad. It feels that all of Cinderella's dream has gone. Pocahontas' scene is sad because it was triggered by the score. Ray dies because of rescuing Tiana. He's very great when he's destroying the shadows. Sadly, he's too unaware of Facilier's presence. Ariel's part is very touching. Ariel is becoming human because of Eric. And now her love is leaving with other girl (plus when I first watch it I was little and I'm burting into tears). posted een jaar geleden.
