Duncan's Point Of View.
I sighed. I longed to go to , to comfort her, to caress her, but I could not, and so I remained outside, just below her window, watching and listening. I thought of her silky hair and dancing eyes. My mouth filled with the bittersweet taste of longing. The first flush of dawn chased me away, but before I left, I thrust a note beneath her window sash.
I have watched from the shadows;
u are brighter than sunlight.
It might have been meer poetic than literal, but he meant it truly; hers was a warmth that would not burn me to ash – though it did seem to have seared its way into my heart.
I knew I acted differently when I was with her. I acted meer tough. Like I didn't give a damn about what happened to her. But she was someone I couldn't figure out. Her expressions were mysteries but her smile was genuine.
I slipped into my room and immediately switched on the small stereo and let the loud Metal fill my ears.
Her kiss was still lingering on my lips. The small taste of Deer was still there though.
I laughed to myself and thought.
What the Hell is wrong with you? I thought to myself.
I was getting way over my head. Courtney was Human.. And I was a bloodsucking monster. I threw my fist into the uithangbord and felt no pain.

"To play strip poker" Duncan interrupted his younger sister.
"What?!" Courtney asked in disbelief, "but i dont know how!"
"I'll explain the rules" Samantha zei excitedly.
'Damn! I was gonna pretend i didn't know so i wouldn't have to do the stupid dare!' Courtney thought.
*5 mins later and Samantha had explained the rules*
"Lets play" Duncan said.
"For the final time, yes!" Courtney cried, exasperated.
"Ok, right. Your forfeit is to pla-" Danni began.
"To play strip poker" Duncan interrupted his younger sister.
"What?!" Courtney asked in disbelief, "but i dont know how!"
"I'll explain the rules" Samantha zei excitedly.
'Damn! I was gonna pretend i didn't know so i wouldn't have to do the stupid dare!' Courtney thought.
*5 mins later and Samantha had explained the rules*
"Lets play" Duncan said.
"How could u do this to me?" Brandon said, still in a state of shock. "How could u do this to Duncan?" Court shot back, tears running down her cheeks, mascara all messed up. "I didn't know u cared about him" Brandon zei pointing at Duncan snoozing peacefully. "Well i do" Courtney admitted. Rage suddenly flickered in Brandon's eye's and he grabbed onto her arm with a firm grip. "Let. Go!" Courtney struggled. "LET GO OF HER!" Duncan yelled. "Or what?" Brandon zei furiously, "Or..." Duncan zei
"You can come down princess" i shouted upstairs, "Dont call me that" She said, she ruined any effect of seriousness door smirking as she handed me a card & a box, i gave her a kiss on the lips "Thank you. I have a surprise for you. Close your eye's" i told her and she did. I led her through to the keuken-, keuken where i'd set up her 'Valentines dag Special' breakfast. pannekoeken, pannenkoeken in the shape of hart-, hart with syrup spelling dXc, 12 roses at the side, the little box volgende to my plate. I sat her down & she opened her eye's.
DUNCAN'S POV: Away from me? WTF? I haven't even done anything wrong...have i? "K princess, dont start playing mind games wiv me. Where are u REALLY going?" i asked sternly. "Im telling the TRUTH!" she basically screeched at me, "AWAY FROM YOU!", i winked at her. "UGH!" she stomped down-stairs, leaving me alone wiv my thoughts...
'Why's she mad? We've only known eachother 10 mins and she prob already h8's me! WTF did i say/do wrong?! Ugh, she's hot n all but y dus she have to b so...so...uptight???'
