Uploading Problems

Ok, guys, have u ever had this problem cuz I dunno how to fix it: Like, when u type your stories on Microsoft Word of whatever and u use italics, like maybe a whole sentence in italics, it's all fine on the document, right? But when I uploaden it, all the italic and bold letters just mash together and makes everything really hard to understand.
Have any of u ever had that problem? If so, do u know how to fix it?
