If Jesse ever even thinks about wanting Rachel back, he needs to get down on his knees and beg her for forgiveness and make it up to her. But I think that she should still reject him and Finn, and choose Puck, because he treats her better than Finn & Jesse.

Though an interesting story arch, I don't think it's going to happen. Jessie clearly cares meer about his muziek (to a higher extreme than rachel, if possible) than about girls, Finn is still hurt/ pissed at rachel, and Puck is just trying to straighten his shit up. But we can all dream, right?
