I was really disappointed in her for the way she told Finn. She even admitted to Quinn that her motive was mean spirited - she wants Finn for herself. It just really bothered me how easily she could destroy someone like that. There was nothing to suggest that she broke it to him gently, or even made it out to be just speculation. Which it was by the way, to her I mean. She really didn't have any proof, yet she just drops a bomb like that and then had the nerve to say "I didn't do anything!"

lol I love Rachel, don't get me wrong, but she just really disappointed there.

I was just glad the truth was out so I would love however said it. I'd love if Quinn or Puck had said it tho.
I wasn't mad at Rachel. It's her..of course she'd do it LOL and i'm kinda glad she admitted that she did it because she wanted Finn to herself. Anyway..it didn't bother me!

I didn't liked how shw handle the situation and the motives she had to do it... But I was glad that the truth finnally came out... It was about time and someone had to do it...
Anyway, like Georgia said I was glad that she told Quinn the motives why she did it... It was brave attitud of her... I mean at least she realised she hadn't do it for the better motives!!

Of all the people who were to tell Finn, Rachel was at the bottom of my list. Her reasons WERE selfish, but I also think that makes her more believable as a character, so it's a plus, but then I'm still kind of pissed at her anyway....

didn't like her selfish motives in wanting finn all to herself but i was happy at least someone said something. the glee club kids were kind of being selfish in not telling finn only so he could sing with them for sectionals. quinn also caused it on herself for not saying anything before, she kid of deserved it. but i still love them all and the episode <3

Honestly anyone who would find somehting like that out, i would be dissapointed if they DIDNT say the truth. Something like a baby and who the father is isnt a joke, and somone, whoever found out first, had to tell him. Good for rachel, cause she really cares about him, genuinly.

Although her intentions were selfish, I was really happy that somebody finally told Finn the truth. It was not her place to say but at the same time it was about time that Finn found out because it was a big deal, life changing... not just some little secret they were keeping from him.

i dont think it was her place to tell him, i think quinn or maybe even puck should have told him but someone had to tell him eventually, so i think it was wrong that she was the one to tell him but it was bound to get out eventually

i agree with rubberduck2. I also didnt mind the fact that she told him it was the motive behind it which dissapointed me. And yes, it was not her place, but someone had to tell him. I think she should have told puck or quinn to tell him and say if they werent she would, because then it wouldnt have been as bad on her part anyway.

It wasn't Rachel's place to tell Finn. Even if it was the right thing to do, Rachel did it because she wanted Finn to break up with Quinn. It was selfish and slightly heartless and I really felt like kicking her.

I mean, maybe it wasn't her secret to tell. But clearly, Quinn is already (i'm gonna say about) 5 months pregnant and she wasn't doing it. Maybe it wasn't her thing to tell, but someone had to. I can't believe all the Glee Club knew and nobody said anything. I mean, ok I understand it was hard for Quinn, but Finn is also a human being with feelings, who deserves to know the truth. It's so selfish of Quinn to not tell him. I mean, this isn't a small lie, like if a shirt looks good or not... This is about a BABY. And Quinn was obviously not saying anything, so once Rachel knew I think, even the MORAL thing to do was tell him. They are friends after all, and no matter how "out of place" it might have been, or if her intentions were selfish, it was the right thing to do to come out and say this, instead of keeping a secret that is life changing for many people. (I think Quinn was much more selfish by lying about something so big. I mean I understand she wanted to think of herself, but Puck&Finn are also as big a part of this as she is)

He needed to be told and that's all there is to it. Puck and Quinn certainly weren't going to tell him, nor was the rest of the club. Regardless of what any other underlying motivations she may have had, telling him was an act of charity to help him.

I mean, think about it. Rachel loves glee club more than anything. And she had to know that telling him would make him (or Puck and/or Quinn to leave). With sectionals so close, she wouldn't have risked that unless it was truly to help Finn -- 'cause she cares so much about him.

yeah her reasons were selfish we all know that but even though Rachel had a motive behind it she cares for Finn and didn't want to see him hurt and Quinn had plenty of times to tell him but he didn't just shows you who really cares for Finns feelings and who doesn't

It was none of her business and she did it for the wrong reasons.
