I don't think this is an unpopular opinion I think a lot of fans think season 1 was better.

i dont and im a bigger fan than you can imagin

although i do like season 1 better, season 2 has more conflict and stuff in it. for example, there's the new directions trying to make it to new york, break-ups, people getting hooked up, and it just seems exciting to watch. well actually, what i'm trying to say is that both seasons are really great

I think season 2 did a better job of distributing screen time among the characters. In season 1 everything was Rachel, Finn, Will, Emma and Quinn.

I think most people think season 1 was better but I LOVED season 2!!

I think season 2 started well but it went down the loo when Kurt left, new directions just wasn't the same without him.... I did LOVE the kurtofsky drama though but I think it was kinda cut short by Kurt leaving but I'm eternally thankful to Santana for bringing him back.

No way. In season one we had a lot of drama because of Quinn and in season two we had Blaine Anderson, Sam Evans, Klaine, Brittana and Furt's friendship.

Season 1 = Rachel, Rachel's solos, Finchel, Wemma, Quick, St. Berry, Rachel&Shelby, Rachel on groupal numbers, Rachel/Finn/Quinn love triangle

Season 2 = Brittany, Santana, Tike, Blaine, Mercedes, The Warblers, Kurt, Sam, Fabrevans, Samcedes, Brittana, no Finchel, Klaine, Bartie, Mike/Tina/Artie/Brittany/Santana plots, etc.

So yeah, Season 2 was way better than Season 1.
