With each episode Meredith is looking less herself and more aged and les put together and not really acting herself outside of the OR. Which is probably why her and Christina are also having problems, cause like she said nothing seems to be bother her, sh acted like the miscarriage was no big deal. The last time you saw her show any real emotion or the real Mer was when she thought Derek died on the table and feel down crying.
