It'd be different to different persons.My first 5 favs are Harry,Ron,Hermione,Sirius and Dumbledore.

No, really, I think the most loving person is Molly Weasley, who loves and cares about not only her family, but every single person around her. Especially because it's not the world savior kinda love you'd pair up with Harry, but simply every dag things which our 21st century eyes easily slides past. A geroosterd brood, toast for Amos, a thee for Tonks, some clean socks for Harry, French ui soep for Arthur, a tiara for Fleur of a kind offer of haircut for Bill. She has something for everyone in a way no other character does.
