I have often been asked about the impact the HARRY POTTER films have had on my life. What's it like growing up in a film set? How have the films changed/shaped you? What's it like to be a celebrity? Have u missed out on a "normal" childhood? These vragen and similar ones have preoccupied the world for many years. The simple truth is that I have nver known any different, and so what the world aantal keer bekeken as unusual is my normality, and I have loved every minuut of it.
The cast and the crew of HARRY POTTER films had been my seconde family for half my life. I have gone from a young ten jaar oldto a man of twenty one years, and every film holds different memories for me, as each mark a transition along the way. And how many man my age can boast that they have speared a huge snake, nearly lost their lives playing chess, narrowly avoiding being eaten door a gargantuan spider, nearly fallen out of a flying car, fought a dragon, swam in the water for forty hours, dodged a dangerous maze, kissed a girl, kissed another girl (OK, maybe that isn't so unusual), and not to mention gone head-to-head with the most evil wizard in all time?
But most importantly, for me HARRY POTTER is all about the people. I have been privileged to have met and worked alongside the most creative and generous people in the industry. And I have met and made vrienden for life. I have learned so much as an actor and as a person throughout these ten years and this book is a tribute to them — thank you.

Q.) If Harry and Edward had to duel against each other using their own abilities, who do u think would win?
Meyer:
A.) Oh gosh, don’t get mad at me but I don’t know what a wizard fight looks like in her (JKRowling's) head. I know what it looks like in the films so I have to go on what it looks like in the movies. But here is the thing, if it’s possible for a human to eend a wand being shot at them; a vampire is not going to have a problem. The fight would be over in .01 seconden because Edward would be across the room snapping his (Harry's) neck. He would be done. He wouldn’t even have time to say his spell word. I’m sorry but Edward would win that one.

This was an interview done in 08 I think door MuggleNet podcast. I personally think it's ridiculous (and I feel the need to Crucio her).. but do u agree?

Marnie Piper
I first saw Halloweentown back in 2001 before Harry Potter hit the cinema theatres! Okay, I was very happy that Marnie is her own character and she is not the typical Mary Sue character.
Hermione Granger
Okay, I watched all of the Harry Potter series, and I have that Hermione is actually very much like Marnie, in terms of personality except that she meer of a book-worm. To whom I look up to, not to forget that their names rhyme!
If Harry Potter and Halloweentown were to be set in the same universe, it would be great to make a film about the characters together!
Hermione of Marnie?
Who do u like? If u have anymore similarities between these 2 heroines, let me know!
