I don't think I'd be treated every good at either place but at least the Dursley's can't use magic against me... that's a good thing.

The Dursleys treat Harry like shit so I would rather live with the Malfoys

I don't like the Dursleys, but if the alternative is living with a family who treats house-elves badly and supports Voldemort, I'd have to go with the Dursleys. Plus I can't stand any of the Malfoys but I can stand Dudley.
