Claire upset at Noah goes upstairs where he confronts her and tells her how important it is for her to keep a low profile. Sylar concedes that technically he is a serial killer and he wants one good reason not to kill Luke right then. Luke reminds him he'd never find his dad. Luke tells him a few things about his dad and how he liked birds and would pull his red wagon with him. Sylar remembers the wagon and how his dad would pull him in it. Luke tells Sylar his dad sold him for money. When Sylar asks why his father would tell him something like that, Luke says he must have reminded Sylar's father of him.
Abby Collins and Nathan enter Tracy's cell. There are hot lights and Tracy is strapped to a chair. Abby knows who Tracy is and demands she be freed and says she's going to shut down Nathan's whole operation.

A DOT camera can see them and Claire notices a car that has driven door several times. They aren't veilig and run off. The car is soon surrounded.
Hiro and Ando are in a bakery co-owned door Anna. Hiro is acting weird and Ando confronts him. Hiro's mad that Ando messed up destiny and now he doesn't have his powers back. Ando says he just did it his way and Hiro is upset that he's the hero now and Hiro's the sidekick. The groom comes in and Ando goes to save Anna, but he just ends up getting hit in the head and carried off door the groom.

Luke and Sylar leave through a broken window, but Sylar locks the doors on the car and leaves Luke to be captured.
Anna says she must go through with the wedding to save Ando. Hiro shows up at the wedding and says she can not marry him. He demands the groom give Ando back and says Anna doesn't want to marry him. Anna's grandfather tells her he just wants her to be happy. When the groom tries to take the Anna away, Hiro hits him and threatens him with the cake knife. The groom says the wedding is off and he can have Ando back. Hiro realizes it's from the drawing and he saved the day.
Noah confronts Claire at her car and tells her how much danger she's in if they think he doesn't have control of her, they'll get her. Claire says, "that's just the thing, dad, u can't".
Nathan and Abby argue over the program and Tracy finds that the chain that's tying her down is broken. She escapes while Nathan and Abby discuss constitutional rights and the justification of imprisoning people with abilities. Tracy is surrounded in the hall and she freezes a man and shatters him. Abby witnessed it all. Abby agrees to fund Nathan's program.
Claire tells her mom she can't lie to her anymore and tells her all about what Nathan and Noah are doing to people with abilities. When Noah comes in, Sandra tells Claire to go upstairs while she talks to Noah. Noah and Sandra argue.

The government busje, van pulls away from the Diner, but stops and starts shaking and there's screaming. Sylar steps out of the back wearing the black suit the officers wear and carrying a laptop. He turns back and picks up Luke to take him with him.

Noah says he has to change, no meer lies and he needs to be a better person, father, and husband. Claire cries and hugs him goodbye. Noah leaves and Claire opens her closet door. Luke thanks Sylar for coming back for him. Sylar says he went back for the laptop, but Luke thinks he still could have left him there and he didn't. Sylar turns on the radio to shut Luke up and "Psycho Killer" plays, making Luke chuckle.
