something actress to play a love interest for
one of the main Heroes in season 4. The
character will be introduced in the fourth
episode and, interested candidates must be
hearing impaired.
2. Zachary Quinto is coming back volgende season.
3. The Heroes deaths will continue volgende season,
and a few of your favoriete characters may be
resurrected in the process.
4. Tracy's whole revenge arc will serve as a
centerpiece of volgende fall's "Redemption" volume.
5. The Hiro story for season four is the best
story they've ever come up with for Hiro. It's
"so emotional and exciting and adventurous"
6. We can expect a character with some sort
of "earth" related ability and it will
be "muddy".
7. We will see Nathan's family again and at least
one of his kids will have an ability.
8. Carlos Mendez, one of the Company founders is
Isaac's dad. Not all of the founders kids are
related, but there is one "genetic trend."

equipment: waffle iron
ingredients:
- 1 & 3/4 cups (400ml) flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp (20g) sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 beaten egg yolks
- 1 & 3/4 cups (400ml) melk
- 1/2 cup (100ml) vegetable oil
- 3 egg whites - beaten stiffly
how to make:
1. mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl
2. in a seperate bowl, combine egg yolks and milk, then stir into dry ingredients.
3. stir in oil and mix.
4. gently fold in beaten egg whites. be sure to not overmix.
5. pour about 1/2 cup at a time into waffle iron.
6. serve with your choice of topping. we love ice cream, esdoorn-, esdoorn syrup, and strawberries!
