hallo guys Just a quick question. How do u open a .rar file?

I downloaded some pretty textures, but they are .rars files and I have no idea how to open it =/

it's a decompression program.... u use it to turn the file into an other form for example if it's a video from rar to avi..........i think u can download it here! link
