In the recent episodes, has House got his old team back( Chase, Cameron, Foremen)? Also, what happen to his other team? And lastly, it appears House is unsatisfied with his old team. Why?

I know House got back Foremen, and Chase from his original team; however, he doesn't have Cameron because she left. How did he lose his newest members to begin with? In the episode I watched on USA, House was trying to get his newer members back, but they refused. In the end, he got two of the newest members back, along with Chase and Foremen from his original team. Also, I know that this whole situation regarding him getting his team back, was about a certain case that he knew they couldn't help, but to actually help.
