A vraag about House's structure..

So I have an econimic assingment about a favourite tv series of a movie,so I decided to go with House. What I need to know is what rights does Hugh and the cast have.What contract do they have,what is their salary per episode. Who has the idea. The writer and the director's rights. How are they saved from copyrights?
I know that it's a lot to ask,but I really need it until this tuesday...
