I need clarification on a certain spoiler...can anyone help? Thanks!

So a few of us are over in the huddy forum discussing the last couple episodes of the season and someone mentioned that either "Baggage" of "Help Me" is supposed to be a flashback. Can anyone bevestig a flashback? And if so which episode it IS in? It would be very helpful (especially for me, it'll keep me from hyperventilating! ;) Thanks a lot!

"Baggage" is promoted (including the press release) as a full flashback - everything in the ep is recollected door House during a therapy session with Nolan. "Help me" is not exactly a flashback - it starts with afbeeldingen from a certain moment and then the narrative moves 8 hours back and we get to see what happens and how the situation unfolded.
