Ok, so I really really shouldn't be here. I'm supposed to be on a bed rest and here I am posting the 21st chapie, hm? Something definitely wrong with me xDDDD, well, here it is:
Hugh glared. He couldn’t believe this was happening. His world collapsed all of sudden. He was divorced and still couldn’t be with Lisa. That was just wrong. Why couldn’t they be happy for once? His eyes started to fill with tears. First he lost both Lisa and their baby, then he got divorced, did the right thing and he still couldn’t get Lisa back. Life was so unfair.
“How… I thought…” Hugh started, whispering, at that moment spotting the halsketting, ketting softly caressing Lisa’s neck.
“The morning I got the necklace… I decided I had to be next…” she paused, tears running down her perfect face, “I decided to be near you, even if it meant only on set. I… couldn’t live knowing u weren’t around. Even if we weren’t together, I wanted to feel your presence every day.” She finished with a soft smile.
There were few minuten of silence. The scene was almost like in the movies. The two main characters dwelling over their love, love they couldn’t have. It was almost like in the movies, but exact same as on their show. It was then when Hugh realized how real the whole toon was. It showed the worst aspects of life, everything that could go wrong in life, went wrong. Everything his of her characters zei was right, everything including “Nobody ever gets a happy ever after”. Hugh sighed.
“But maybe we could… Maybe we could be together u know… Just like we did. We kept our relationship a secret for 4 years, we could do it again.” Hugh tried.
“I can’t live like that anymore… I want to be free Hugh… Please… I want to have it my way for once.” Lisa sighed “I’m so sorry.” She finished teary eyed
“Shh… it’s ok… I understand…” Hugh responded putting a finger on her mouth tonen her not to speak.
And Lisa looked in his eyes, she couldn’t help herself anymore. They were apart for too long and if she was to lose him again, she was going to spend the time she had with him like she should a long time ago.
Hugh couldn’t breathe when she looked at him like that, he never could. The only thing he could do to prevent himself from chocking at the moments like this was to close his eyes. Stop her from hurting him even more.
So Lisa closed her eyes too and the zoek for his lips began.
Hugh lent forwards, titling his head a little. Lisa quickly followed him, not wanting to wait a seconde longer. So she pushed it to higher speed. She found his face and caressed it with her palms; his hand ran through her hair. She opened her eyes for a seconde just to make sure this was real, it was. She closed her eyes again and their lips brushed. She could feel his breath on her lips. It felt so soothing. She wanted to stay like that forever.
Hugh, however, had other intentions. He couldn’t wait any minuut longer. This was so torturous; he had to kiss her fast. So he used his hand to get her closer door pushing her back a little in his direction. It worked. They were kissing. First slowly, like they were afraid the other one didn’t want it. When they were sure of each other’s needs and wishes, they went a step further- making out passionately.
They broke apart as the need for air got too great. They breathed in heavily, looking at each other with a soft smile. Hugh held Lisa in both of his arms at that time and wished she never had to leave them again. Lisa wished the same.
But they both knew what they wished for was impossible to come true.
