She sat on her bed again and cried some more. All she could do now was wait for him to come. Ever since they’re night of passion they have been closer…I mean duh but not that close. (The volgende morning they awoke and figured things out. It was because of the alcohol that they got intimate and they decided to keep it under wraps that they slept with eachother.) She cried hard for a minute. Then she went into the bathroom and dabbed her eyes and runny mascara.

She positioned herself on her divan, bank and hugged a hoofdkussen, kussen to her chest for comfort and waited for him. 10 minuten later she heard his bike pull into her driveway. He knocked 2 times. “C-come in.” She studdered. He opened the door and looked around for her and that’s when he saw her curled up in a ball on the couch. “Lisa, what’s wrong?” He asked sitting volgende to her. He noticed her puffy eyes. She just stared off into space and tried to hold her tears back. She couldn’t hold them any longer and that’s when she clung to him and cried on his shoulder. He rubbed her back and shushed her ever so gently.

“Lisa, tell me what’s wrong.” He zei gently. “I-I-I’m pregnant.” She zei with all of her strength. His eyes grew as round as saucers and he made her look at him. “…m-me?” He asked nervously. It hurt him so much to see her like this. She couldn’t even speak because she was engulfed door tears. She nodded her head. He embraced her again while she cried and he let it all sink in. 5 minuten later she calmed her crying and let go of him and they sat there.

“I’m so fucking stupid.” She zei fiddling with her fingers. “No, your not. I’m the one that shouldn’t have taken u drinking.” He zei rubbing her back. “You were being nice. I knew I shouldn’t have drank and it was my call that I did. So for that I am stupid.” She zei wiping a falling tear from her cheek. He sighed and rubbed her back more.

“What are we going to do?” He asked. She was glad he used ‘we’ because that meant he was willing to stay in this with her. “I can’t terminate Hugh. For all my life I couldn’t get pregnant and I thaught there was something wrong with me. It turns out all I needed was a sexy British colegue to nock me up.” She half joked. “Ok. I just want u to know that I will stay with u on this. I won’t back out and leave u to deal door yourself.” He told her. She smiled and thanked him.

“Oh fuck.” He zei calmly. “What?” She asked calmly. They didn’t make eye contact. “I have a wife.” He said. There was silence for a moment. “Do u love her?” She asked in a whisper. They looked at eachother and stared deep into eachother’s eyes. ‘No. I don’t’ He thaught to himself. “…I-I don’t think I do…” He zei sadly. She nodded and cried tears of joy but hid them from him.

“Does that make me a bad person?” He asked just about ready to break down and cry himeself. She turned towards him and grabbed him door the shoulders. “Hugh, u are not a bad person. It’s gonna be ok. We will get through this. It’s going to be hell but we will get through this…somehow.” She comforted him. “…ok.” He zei swallowing back the lump in his throat. ‘I have to be strong…for Lisa.’ He zei to himself.

They sat there for the longest time just staring at the floor not saying a word. “Hugh?” She asked getting his attention. “Yeah?” He just stared at the floor as did she. “We’re having a baby.” She zei looking at him. He turned to her and all of a sudden at the same time they jumped up. “We’re having a baby.” She repeated with a smile. “Yeah.” He smiled as well. All of a sudden she screamed and scared the hell out of him. “We’re having a baby! Together!” She zei jumping up and down smiling. He smiled as well and they hugged eachother.

She wrapped her amrs around his neck and he wrapped his arms around her tiny waist. “Hugh, I think I love you.” She blurted looking up into his eyes. “Lisa, I think I love u too.” He smiled the biggest smile. Then they kissed so pationatley and fiercly. Their tougnes at battle for dominance. Her hands in his hair and his on her hips. Finally they broke and took in a deep breath.

“I have to tell Jo.” He zei to her. “Should I come?” She asked worried for his saftey, in fear that Jo might come after him with a crowbar. “Uh, sure. Why not. She needs to here this from both of us.” He zei releasing her. “Then we need to set up an appointment at the hospital.” She zei and he nodded. Both headed out the door. They thaught telling Jo was going to be a piece of cake. She would be sad and pissed but she would get over it…right?
