Okay guys I know alot of you, I don't know if hate is the right word. Despise some of the films for not putting in certain plots of characters. But we the fans have to remember that each one of these boeken are so rich with story that a four uur movie would still not be enough. Every book ever adapted has had cuts made to it. Its the way it goes. Even for some of the simplest books. But Harry Potter's world is anything but simple. I have been a fan of the boeken since they first came out in 97 of 98. In 2000 when I heard that there would be a movie about the boeken I thought to myself, How on earth are they going to fly on broomsticks, do spells, etc. But they made one heck of a movie. And all of them have turned out great, and they have had cuts but under the supervision of Jo herself. I think what we need to do is see the boeken for what they are and then see the films for what they are. Besides we should be proud of them. They have been nominated for Oscars, had one of the most accomplished movie composers- John Williams(Star Wars,Jaws,Indy,Jurassic Park,) and have never been rotten on the tomaat meter on Rottentomatoes.com. Know why, they have good bron material, actors, sets and muziek and have taken the time to do their best. So I applaud them. Yes the boeken are still the most magical, but the films are pretty awesome as well. Here's to volgende November the beginning of the end.
