I think it would be really great for him to appear on the toon and even give the Wizards of Waverly Place higher ratings due to him appearing. Plus it could lead to a possible duet between them! I am really hoping that Justin Bieber will get the chance to be on it and I am sure that many of u agree. Perhaps we could all send the Disney Channel a letter?
