A while ago,a video of Justin kissing an unkown girl surfaced the web,it turned out this unkown girl was Judy Barazi, if u google her, she is actually a songwriter and a journalist. Judy tweeted about it,she tweeted:"@justinbieber,appearently we're dating". Justin,as usual didn't tweet anything about it. I asked some trusted sources, Justin's people zei he's keeping things on the DL, because he is confused between Selena and Judy, they zei Selena keeps things hanging on because she is too busy,but Judy is 100% in.
